Seth Hollingsead worked at XSYS Print Solutions Inks as a temporary employee through an agency from June 01, 2005. Then, we hired him on as a full time temporary employee with our organization from December 12, 2005 to January 27, 2006. During this time he was in the position of Data Entry/ Administrative Assistant for our Operations department.

We needed to fill the position with a regular full time employee with some type of long term commitment and Seth was not able to fill this position long term as he communicated to us an interest in finding employment in his field of study.

In this position his duties and responsibilities included:

• Performs data entry/input for Operations, as requested.
• Composes and types routine correspondence ensuring they are all grammatically correct ect.
• Supports Operations management with any administrative support, upon request.
• Collects, compilese, records or gathers data and prepares reports, per Operations management request.
• Uses computer applications for word processing, spreadsheet input, databases etc, as requested.
• May back up the receptionist and/or others phones, as needed.

Seth did a good job for us in everything we requested him to do. He was always to work on time and very easy to work with. We would be happy to provide further details or insight if you wish to contact us.
